You are now 14 weeks and 3 days old. Mom has been feeling better the last couple of days (knock on wood), the nausea is actually being helped by the Diclectin I am taking again.
We heard your heart beat for the first time on Monday, October 3rd - 150 bpm! Mom also had her blood tests that day and we learned that part 1 came back all normal! I've been feeling your little movements lately and cannot wait to be able to share this with your Dad and Gigi.
We have our 17 week appointment coming up in early November, and can't wait to hear your little heart beat again!
(This is not my belly by the way, I just really liked this picture. My belly is quite a bit smaller than this at the moment - as your Dad likes to describe it, it looks like I've got a little beer belly :S)

Scary Day...
Well I've never had this happen before...blood in my vomit :( I've been having really bad "all day" sickness the last two weeks and it seems today it was at it's worst. It started not too bad in the morning.
It was your sister's first day back to school and she started Grade 1 today. She was pretty upset because her Kindergarten best friend, Kaya, did not return to the same school. Dad and I brought her to Mrs. Guzman's class and ran some errands this morning.
We were able to do some grocery shopping. Geez, didn't realize how bad Superstore stunk. blah! Had a few dry heaves here and there but didn't actually start throwing up today until later on in the morning.
Dad went to work and I threw up blood! It was scary, but the Doctor said not to worry - probably just burst capillaries or blood vessels either in my esophagus or my stomach. But, I'm probably going to have to start taking my anti-nausea medicine to prevent the occurrence of my all day sickness and hopefully that will be a first and last for the blood in my vomit.
Good night my little jellybean!

I think I jinxed myself!
So, last time I wrote here I was feeling pretty good. No tiredness, no nausea - oh, did things turn in the last two weeks. Had to leave early from work one Friday because of an awful migraine and been having terrible "morning", more like all day sickness ever since. Hope it's because you're growing like crazy in there!

Feeling pretty good overall...
Can't really complain about morning sickness or feeling totally exhausted (knock on wood), which is awesome. But, by the end of the day it sure feels good to kick up my feet and relax.
We took the pups for a walk today - I think we're gonna need to stow Marcello under your stroller when we go for longer walks. Poor little guy's knee bugs him every now and then.
Well that's it for now, I'm just really glad that so far I've been feeling really good this pregnancy. :)

Here's to the start of something beautiful...
...
So, it's been confirmed. I'm pregnant! Dad, your sister and I went to the walk-in clinic on Friday, August 12th, 2011 - after sneaking suspicions and a late period (never happens...unless i'm preggers). We were RIGHT! Dad, your big sis Gigi and I are all very excited that we will have a new addition to our little family. Okay maybe not so little, you've also got your furry family members our Pomeranian, Marcello (oh - you're gonna have fun trying to pronounce that when you're learning how to talk - lol., our Bullmastiff, Dino (doesn't lick - but man, does he slobber), our Tuxedo cat, Soxy and our two rabbits Thumper and Squeek.
We've got our first prenatal appointment scheduled on Monday, August 22nd. We'll get a better idea of your EDD. According to a couple of internet calculators your due date is April 23, 2012 - an Aries baby apparently.
Well, goodnight little Jellybean - keep on growing :)
